Banquet & Catering Policies
Banquet Rooms
A room rental and set-up fee will be charged starting
at the rate of $35.00 and will be added to the final
balance. This price includes a three-hour event, linens,
china, and set-up and clean up.
Tentative Reservations
A request for a banquet date is tentative until the responsible
individual signs a banquet contract and submits the
required non-refundable $100.00 deposit.
Guaranteed Attendance
The banquet coordinator must be notified at least 7 days
prior to the event of the final guest count. Thereafter,
the number may be increased at the quoted per person
cost, but not decreased. The per person cost is based
on the original guest count. If the confirmed guest
count is less than the original proposed count, the
per person costs may increase. The amount of increase
is calculated in proportion to the overall size of
your event.
Billing & Payment
A deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve the banquet
date and room. The deposit will be applied to the balance
of the bill. Payment is due in full at the completion
of the banquet. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover.
Menu Selection
Your menu selections should be given to the banquet coordinator
seven days in advance to ensure availability of all
items requested.
Beverages
When serving alcoholic beverages, the minimum drinking
age of 21 will be enforced with no exceptions. All
banquets include soft drinks, iced tea, and coffee.
A corking fee of $7.50 per 750 ml wine bottle or $10.00
or magnum bottle of wine or champagne will be charged
on each bottle brought on premises.
Service / Gratuity charge and sales tax
Current California sales tax will be applied to each
banquet. A service charge of 18% will also be added
to the final balance.
Liability
DeAngelos is not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise
or articles left or sent, prior to, during, or following
an event.
